OUR TEAM

Meet Our Team

The people who make Loaves and Fishes possible aren’t just employees — they’re invested members of this community. Several are LAF alumni or parents who’ve seen firsthand the difference consistent support can make. They bring expertise, heart, and a deep belief that every child deserves someone in their corner. These are the faces behind our mission.

Dana Wright

Program Director

Dana’s passion and commitment to serving others are at the heart of her work at Loaves and Fishes Ministry. With the support of her team, she oversees daily program operations including family support, enrichment, transportation, and daily problem-solving. Dana believes deeply in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children and families and building meaningful relationships that last.

Dana brings a unique historical perspective to her work as one of the first graduates of Loaves and Fishes. She returned in 1998 as a Public Allies intern through AmeriCorps, serving in youth development and community health. After completing the program, she became our Director of Family Support and now leads our team as Program Director.

Dana works closely with facilitators, public schools, and community partners, and is currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education or Social Work.

When she’s not at LAF, Dana enjoys serving in her church, going to the beach, cooking, bowling, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Kiana Williams

Lead Facilitator & Volunteer Coordinator

Kiana Williams plays a vital role at Loaves and Fishes as our lead facilitator and point of contact for volunteers and community partners. She coordinates volunteer schedules, manages in-kind donations, and helps ensure that our after-school programs run smoothly.

A graduate of Southeast Raleigh Magnet High School (Class of 2013), Kiana has been part of the LAF team for several years. Her calm spirit, attention to detail, and belief that every child deserves a champion make her an invaluable part of our staff.

Outside of LAF, Kiana enjoys spending quality time with her kids, adult coloring books, and doing word searches. She takes pride in being part of a team that shows up every day to support and inspire youth.

Ashieia High

Academic Facilitator

Ashieia High serves Loaves and Fishes by ensuring students are safely transported from school and supported academically once they arrive. She has been part of the LAF team for five years, initially volunteering as a driver before officially joining staff.

Ashieia is a proud mother of four children, all of whom have attended LAF. Three are still in the program and one has graduated from high school. Her commitment to the mission of LAF is personal and deep.

When she’s not at Loaves and Fishes, Ashieia enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, traveling, and making lasting memories with her children. She’s passionate about helping students grow, and is always encouraging them to believe in themselves and their futures. Her daily message to the kids: “The sky is the limit.”

Bianca Greene

Academic Facilitator

Bianca Greene works with our 2nd–4th grade students, providing academic support, engaging activities, and a steady presence during the after-school hours. She ensures that each child feels seen, supported, and prepared to thrive.

Bianca has been part of the Loaves and Fishes team for four years. She is currently a student at North Carolina Central University (NCCU), pursuing a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Her passion for healthy living and learning shines through in everything she does.

When she’s not at LAF, Bianca enjoys baking and is always on the hunt for the next dessert recipe to try. She believes every child deserves a fresh start each day and is proud to be part of a team that helps make that possible.

India Williams

Executive Director

India serves as the Executive Director of Loaves and Fishes Ministry, but her connection to the organization goes back much further — as a parent of three children who have all been part of the LAF family. She first joined the Board of Directors in 2017 and stepped in as Interim Executive Director in February 2025 before being appointed officially in August.

India brings a rich background in nonprofit leadership, community engagement, and organizational change management. She is deeply committed to empowering youth and families, building strong community partnerships, and creating systems that make equity and opportunity more accessible.

With over 20 years of experience in tech, education, and the arts, she believes that creativity, compassion, and structure can co-exist — and that’s exactly what she brings to her leadership at LAF. In her words: “This work is personal for me. It’s not just about doing good — it’s about doing right by the community that raised me.”
